Channel Manager (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Define project goals, technical requirements, “definition of done”, project scope;
- Facilitate the process of clarifying requirements from the customer and/or Account/Liaison Managers;
- Transfer the project to the Creative department or translating agency when needed;
- Draw technical tasks for the team, actualization of data and conveying the project according to its full life-cycle (changes chronology, versioning);
- Estimate projects according to the approved template, in case of no standards requests consult the project team;
- Create commercial offers according to approved template;
- Create, implement and control SLA inside a channel in frames of each separate customer;
- Keep documented agreements and requirements from the customer in Confluence;
- Facilitate the process of request planning on a weekly basis (Portfolio, Jira), prioritize requests inside a channel according to the importance
Control project budget and margin (understanding of inner margin);
- Have a deep understanding of work specific, possibilities and functions of delivered product/solution - Support the process of using asset by final user - Be responsible for the success of each project.

Requirements:
- Experience in managing/coordinating Web development projects;
- Understanding the software development workflow and project
management practices;
- Basic technical knowledge (like understanding terminology and involved technologies for building HTML pages and Web sites);
- Experience with project/task management tools, like Jira Good communication and people management;
- Quick thinking and able to deal with a high volume of quick projects Desire to learn new technologies, deep dive into details and troubleshoot the problems;
- Upper-Intermediate English level
