Talent Sourcer/Junior Recruiter (offline)

Requirements skills:
— At least 1+ years of IT recruitment experience;
— Intermediate English;
— Ability to work both independently and as a part of a team;
— Understanding of full-cycle recruitment;
— Deep understanding of technologies .Net stack, JS, Clouds;
— Knowledge of the IT market and the latest trends;
— Result-oriented, responsible, attentive to details;
— Ability to work with all levels of management.

Responsibilities:
— Preparation, publication & promotion of the vacancies;
— Active search of candidates, by using all sources;
— Applicant tracking;
— Coordinating and conducting interviews, coordinating testing when necessary for candidates, writing feedbacks, discussing candidates with decision makers, evaluate candidates soft skills and find the best culture fit;
— Analysis of the recruitment process and reporting;
— Guiding and supporting other hiring team members at all of the recruitment stages, providing them with detailed candidate reports.
