PHP Engineer (offline)

Must haves

• Strong knowledge of PHP
• Experience with Zend Framework and Symfony
• Experience with MySQL
• Knowledge of JavaScript / HTML5 / CSS
• Understanding of REST, HTTP, and TCP/IP networking basics
• Team player with the ability to work in a distributed team
• Upper-intermediate level of English

As a plus

• A full-stack mindset to cope with issues across the back-end, web front-end
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with test-driven development practices (unit tests, integration, e2e)
• Experience with Amazon Web Services (EC2, S3, RDS, Route53, Elastic Beanstalk)
• Experience with Open API (aka Swagger)
• Experience in setting up the CI/CD pipelines
• Familiarity with Atlassian suite (Jira, Trello, Confluence) and Slack for team collaboration

Key responsibilities

• Drive engineering from concept to finished product
• Write clean, high-quality, high-performance, maintainable code
• Work with UI/UX designers, software engineers, data scientists
• Contributions to architectural decisions
• Contributions to infrastructure setup and server administration automation
