Digital Marketing Manager (offline) $1500-2000

Our ideal candidate:
- 3+ years of experience in digital marketing;
- Advanced level of digital marketing (existing tools, the ability to choose the most effective based on business tasks);
- Advanced knowledge and practical experience in the use of digital tools (web analytics, email marketing, social media);
- Successful and implemented cases, development and promotion strategies;
- Experience with the promotion of mobile applications is welcome;
- Initiative, business orientation, sociability, the ability to establish partnerships, the ability to work in a team, the ability to conduct successful negotiations, responsibility;
- Analytical skills, advanced ability to work in excel;
- Knowledge and ability to work with google, facebook tools and metrics;
- Multitasking and a high level of prioritization skill.

Responsibilities:
- Development and implementation of marketing and communication strategies for brand promotion in the Ukrainian market in highly competitive conditions;
- Daily marketing activities to fulfill the sales plan, launch campaigns to attract new customers and reactivate the existing customer base;
- The ability to quickly and clearly identify the target audience for effective Internet activities;
- Drawing up a customer journey on the basis of which to make a choice of communication tools;
- Choosing the right Internet marketing metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of activities;
- Preparation and coordination of the marketing budget in the context of the channels of attraction;
- Analysis of the effectiveness of the activities carried out (ROI, ROMI);
- Analysis of competitors, search for new partners and channels for attracting customers, launching pilot campaigns, evaluating their effectiveness, scaling successful cases.
