Responsibilities

- Working with incoming leads: communication via email, chat, social media, phone
- Studying and continually optimizing the established techniques and workflows
- Qualifying leads, uncovering clients’ business needs, understanding projects’ success criteria
- Conducting interviews with clients and achieving the set goals at every stage of a sales funnel
- Communication with the delivery department
- Preparing pitches, business proposals, and reports
- Updating data in the CRM system
- Maintaining continuous contact with existing clients, gathering feedback, analyzing client satisfaction, and devising upgraded offerings
- Analyzing market trends and dynamics
- Knowledge sharing with the marketing team
