Customer Success Specialist (offline)

Our solution helps automate the process, simplify accounting for finances, optimize staff time, establish communication with customers and increase profits. Our development team regularly updates the software and improves it in accordance with the latest technologies and trends.

ABOUT THE ROLE:

During a few last years, we have shown great successes moving towards new markets. Now we are expanding and looking for one more Customer Success Specialist to our team.

NEW BUDDY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working with current customers to make sure the retention rate is high;
Assist customers as needed with setting up and navigating programs or software associated with a product or service;
Review customer complaints and concerns and seek to improve all aspects of the customer experience with the company;
Ensure that account receivables are minimized;
Promote the value of the product and upsell services and products with brand image and promoting value through customer experience;
Maintain a detailed understanding of products and services, assist customers with questions and suggest the best products for their needs;
Optimize existing processes within the company and actively enhance all Customer Success initiatives.
NEW BUDDY REQUIREMENTS:

Computer knowledge;
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
People-orientated and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
Russian&Ukrainian β€” fluent (native);
English β€” Advanced+/fluent (native);
Portuguese β€” Advanced+/fluent (native)
Desire to learn, ask, and develop.
