HR Manager (offline)
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as HR Manager in IT company
- Skills in pre-boarding, onboarding, adaptation, motivation, development of teammates
- Knowledge and practical experience in performance reviews
- Upper-intermediate English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Great communication and interpersonal skills
- Creativity, positive attitude towards work and life
- Multitasking
Responsibilities:
- Performance review organizing/moderation;
- Work on policies/procedures/regulation/processes;
- Communication with teams on HR regulations/processes coordination;
- Employee adaptation support/onboardings/offboardings;
- Working closely with the CEO, providing proactive and strategic consultation to the management team;
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
- Responsibility for a personal development program and training;
- Determination & Promotion of Company values and HR Brand.
