Android Developer (offline)

About the role
In this position we are looking for an Android Developer who will join our team of talented engineers to design and create the next generation of our application. You will be responsible for the Android development of the product and will drive the process of building an application for 1M+ customers. You will work on highload products with a multi-million user base with an opportunity to use new technologies, as we aren’t tied to a specific stack. You will participate in decision-making in the development process together with the team-leads.
Requirements:
— 2+ years of experience in building Android application
— Solid knowledge of Java core, Android SDK
— Good knowledge OOP and software design patterns
— Knowledge of multi threading and networking
— Experience creating custom UI components & experience with Canvas
— Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle
— Experience in Jira, Git, any CI/CD system
Responsibilities:
— Build a great application for 4M+ customers, which is driving the global crypto market together with a passionate team;
— Be responsible for Android development of the product and testing new technologies and ideas;
— Write tests and internal tech documentation.
Hard skills:
— 2+ years of experience in building Android application;
— Solid knowledge of Java core, Android SDK;
— Good knowledge OOP and software design patterns;
— Knowledge of multi threading and networking, RxJava;
— Experience creating custom UI components & experience with Canvas;
— Understanding of the full mobile development life cycle;
— Experience in Jira, Git, any CI/CD system;
— Experience with DI, RxJava is a plus;
— Experience with Kotlin is a plus;
— Room (SQLlite) is a plus;
— Navigation components is a plus;
— Developing custom views is a plus;
