Project Manager (offline)

Requirements:
• 2+ years full-time practice as a Project Manager
• Well understanding of  SCRUM methodology, hands-on experience
• High communication skills
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in requirement analysis, effort estimating, project scheduling, risk and change management
• Flexibility, team player
• Upper-intermediate or higher of writing and verbal English

Responsibilities:
• Lead and coordinate projects teams
• Working closely with the stakeholders on both sides to manage the day-to-day work of the development team
• Manage client`s expectations related to the project. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
• Facilitating right software engineering processes and defining the roles and responsibilities of all of the project team members
• Motivating and supervising project team members
• Maintaining and reviewing technical documentation
• Tracking project reporting, team velocity, ensuring key performance indicators reaching success level values
