Middle/Senior IT Recruiter (offline)

MISSION
 Being responsible for recruitment, selection and adaptation processes
 Generating and maintaining candidates pipeline; candidates data processing
 Cooperating with our international customers about recruitment-related questions
 Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus
 Taking part in HR activities and getting the company an attractive place to work in

JOB REQUIREMENTS
 Proven 2+ year background in IT recruitment
 Proficiency in modern recruiting techniques, including executive search
 Substantial experience in pre-screening, interviewing and providing afterwards feedbacks
 High level of English and ability to communicate with foreign customers
 Fluency in MS Office
 Ability to work as a part of a team as well as independently
 Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
 Ability to prioritize and reach deadlines
