Technical Consultant (offline) $1500-3000

YOUR MISSION
Participate as technical consultant in global implementation projects
Perform tasks on-site at customers world-wide
Conduct training sessions on product installations and application management
Perform assessments of problematic situations at customer systems, propose and provide solutions
Work proactively with customers, technical partners, vendors and internal stakeholders to eclit and document technical infrastructures and requirements
Provide 1st and 2nd level IT support to customers during projects
Stay up-to-date with IT trends, news and upcoming changes

RELEVANT SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor degree preferably in computer science or (software) engineering
Interpersonal skills & Analytical skills
Organizational skills and flexibility
Technical knowledge of and (installation) experience with (the infrastructure required to support) b-next’s solution, including but not limited to Windows Server, Linux, Oracle, Java, JBOSS, LDAP / Active Directory
Hands on shell scripting experience is a must
Adept learning skills; Cooperation and willingness
Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with business users as well as technical teams
Ability to multi-task and work concurrently on multiple projects
Strong quality mind-set
Strong verbal and written English skills. German will be appreciated
Tools: Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office
