ABOUT THE JOB:
As our eCommerce Product Manager, you will be the strategic leader of our eCommerce projects. The eCom Product Manager is responsible for directing the build of end-to-end eCommerce websites for both owned & operated brands and external partner clients.
You should be a product leader who understands users and can translate their needs into product features and flows that help them achieve real-world goals. You should strive to excel in everything you do, and utilize innovation and data-driven decision-making.
Youβll own the strategy, design, and development of eCommerce websites that convert within industry standards or exceed benchmarks. Youβll collaborate with Design, Development, Executive, and external partners.
While this is not a marketing position per se, a media buying experience is a must.
Most importantly, you will work with a team of skilled professionals in a great atmosphere!
Your first project will be to develop a new Ecommerce website.
REQUIREMENTS
β 3 years of experience as a Media Buyer;β
β 1 Year of product management experience;
β managed 100K $ advertising budget;β
β build/managed successful eCommerce funnel/store;β
β experience with product research, user personas, roadmaps, etc;β
β A/B testing experience;β
β At least Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English level;
β Familiarity with eCommerce platforms;
β Familiarity with CRM platforms such as Klaviyo or equivalent technologies;
β Deep understanding of eCommerce analytics tools like Google Analytics;
β Ability to multitask and work on multiple projects at the same time, while working;
β A deep passion for eCommerce strategy and technology;
β Strong UX/UI strategy experience working closely with UX/UI designers and dev;
β Strong creative, analytical and process-oriented skills, as well as verbal and written skills;
β Strong knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization and how to analyze/execute plan;
β Ability to analyze customer needs and define strategies for meeting them.

β Any professional experience with Amazon Marketplace;
β German, Spanish;β
β Experience in the pet niche;β
β TikTok experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
β eCommerce product lifecycle from research, design, and development;
β Create eComm development roadmaps aligned with eComm best practices;
β Monitor eComm KPIβs and be proactive with strategy;
β Lead eComm product development with a team of Designers and Developers;
β Run and integrate competitor analysis, store data, user feedback, and research into new product requirements;
β Develop testing methodology, and overlook its.
