About the Project
RIUP is a B2B solution for product companies and E-commerce. RIUP helps to optimize users acquisition and interaction during all lifetime of the user due to automatization and personalization of communication. Currentle we are on the last stage of the development and searching for best Chief Marketing Officer to join our team and lounch successfylly new product!

About the Role
This is new position for our product for US and EU markets. This role is critical to the ongoing growth and success of the business.

Responsibilities
• Develop a marketing strategy in order to deliver on commercial objectives, reaching new and existing partners.
• Generate awareness across a wide range of B2B channels, including social, events, PR Lead B2B marketing communications with partners.
• Drive all B2B marketing activities in collaboration with the product and sales manager.
• Collaborate with designer to develop engaging content for website, develop social media content for B2B audience.
• Establish reporting benchmarks and KPIs related to growth (volume, CAC, LTV) and own achievement of weekly and monthly KPIs;
• Management of team to drive campaign performance and delivering accurate pacing and KPI goals.
• Create materials and content to support sales efforts
• Identify new audiences and event opportunities (conferences, presentations, etc.).

Qualifications
• At least 2 years of experience in B2B
• At least 1 year in IT
• Practical expirience in SMM
• Upper Intermediate + English ( both written and verbal);
• Be ideological/active/result-oriented, know how to work independently (plan and implement strategies from A to Z);
• Creative, challenging, capable of thinking differently and developing new ways of working
•Results-driven, comfortable with large datasets, and able to identify actionable trends and insights
