Necessary skills:

* Good research skills (understanding and hands-on experience with modern tools for sourcing X-Ray, Boolean search, etc.)

* Intermediate+ English level
* Understanding of software development specialties and methodologies
* Quick learner and self organization — no one’s gonna teach you anything without your desire to learn it
* Responsible, result-oriented, flexible, attentive to details, team player
* Focus on the result of work

Responsibilities:

* Actively source candidates using different channels, develop diverse candidate pools and generate pipelines for each position
* Discover creative and innovative approaches to identify, source, and engage candidates
* Develop and communicate recommendations to hiring managers based on knowledge of the markets, candidate, and talent strategies

* Working closely with a recruiter
*Creation and edition of the search strategy
