About the Project
RIUP is a B2B solution for product companies and E-commerce. RIUP helps to optimize users acquisition and interaction during all lifetime of the user due to automatization and personalization of communication.

About the Role
We’re looking for a Customer Success Manager who will actually care about our clients, support them and help manage and improve their product journey. Our ideal candidate loves working with people and knows how to create a positive client—company experience. We’re looking for a person who is attentive to details, can offer insights and tips on using product features most effectively, and become a trustworthy friend for our users.

We’ll be glad to meet you if:

- You are a great communicator, and you speak fluent English (as well as literate Ukrainian and Russian).

- You can sense if a client is not 100% happy and want to do your best to find room for improvements.
- You are a friendly, open-minded person and a born-troubleshooter.



You’ll be responsible for:
- Сhecking clients’ happiness level, and improving the areas of - dissatisfaction.
- Analyzing clients’ data, developing and managing clients’ trainings
- Responding and handling clients’ requests in chat/ email.
- Helping clients to onboard to the product easier and faster.
- Helping minimize client churn and increasing their retention.
- Advocating for the RIUP
