Scrum Master / Project Coordinator for Danish security scaleup (offline) to $2500

Responsibilities:
- Ensure Agile is understood and the team adheres to relevant values, principles, methods and practices.
- Coach the Scrum team in self-organization and help the team for identifying and removing impediments
- Help to implement the scrum events and practices ex. Estimation, refinement and retrospective
- Facilitates and supports all scrum events: Refinement, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective
- Preparation and follow up on various status reports, resource forecasts and make sure deadlines are met
- Drive 14-day sprints and ensure that concrete products/solutions are implemented
- At some point, be a link between all teams and ensure their understanding and prioritization of all tasks
