Requirements:
- 2-4 years of experience recruiting mid-senior Engineers in high-tech
environments;
- Existing network of Engineering talent;
- Proficient in an ATS Software (Greenhouse);
- Highly collaborative with the desire to work in an incredibly fast-paced
environment.
Responsibilities:
- Full lifecycle recruiting across all Tech & Data roles;
- Work closely with hiring managers to develop an understanding of
department culture, initiatives, and talent profiles to accomplish the hiring
needs of the business;
- Manage new hire request process from approval stage: partner with team
leads to write and define job descriptions, post the role, review incoming
resumes and advance stages as necessary;
- Aggressively build, engage and convert pipelines of qualified talent;
- Build and run efficient interview processes from top to bottom;
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to attract diverse talent;
- Set the bar for recruiting excellence by demonstrating execution and a
high standard for talent in your own searches;
- Manage and maintain list of quality engineering job post sources;
