YOUR ROLE
As a Talent Acquisition Coordinator you’ll be responsible for supporting recruitment for Code around the globe. Please note, we don't expect you to do sourcing yourself.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination of full cycle of talent acquisition including:
-Cooperation with different Code/RAPP/OPMG hiring managers clarify job requirements Creating and storing Job Descriptions up to date
-Conducting candidates’ first level of assessment prescreening
-Arranging interviews with the candidates and the hiring team
-Collecting feedback after the interviews
-Organizing candidates’ data and ensuring all the systems are up to date
-Ensuring the process goes smoothly and meets agreed quality gates

Onboarding:
-Cooperation with our helpdesk service provider to ensuring there is a workstation and all the needed accounts in place before newcomer joins the team
-Ensuring there is onboarding plan prepared and reviewed
-Sending Welcome emails
-Conducting newcomers’ introduction to Code

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
-Understanding of recruitment process
-Advanced English or above
-Excellent organizational skills and attention to details Ability to handle multitasking efficiently
-Strong communication and problem-solving skills High level of responsibility
-Experience in IT companies is a plus
-Experience of working in distributed teams is a plus
