Junior IT Project Manager (Planning) (offline) to $-1

Responsibilities:
- Communication with external and internal stakeholders, collecting and analyzing the information required for planning.
- Planning the team’s iterations backlog and monitoring its status according to the roadmap, priorities and other inputs from the team and stakeholders.
- Monitoring and managing dependencies between the features and technical disciplines, changing project requirements, priorities.
- Synchronization between the teams during an iteration.
- Risks management
- Creating plans and reports for the management

Requirements:
- Previous experience with project management (0.5-1 years)
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies
- Well-developed skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment
- Experience with planning activities (spring planning)
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master will be a plus
- Intermediate or Intermediate level of English
- Attentiveness to details
- High level of responsibility
