Recruiter (offline)

Requirements:
- Experience in IT recruitment 2+ years
- Extensive network of LinkedIn contacts (Marketing etc, SEO, Python, SA)
- Experience of working with HR systems
- Experience in closing complex IT vacancies, marketing and executive
- Willingness to develop further as an expert in IT recruiting
- Ability to seek and find opportunities rather than excuses

Responsibilities:
- Leading a full search and recruitment cycle independently
- Building effective and trusting relationships with team managers, providing support at all stages of recruitment
- Use of alternative recruitment channels and tools (LinkedIn, TG, Github, Hubr, Stackoverflow & etc.)
- Professional support for candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
- Automating and improving the recruitment process in conjunction with Team Lead
- Participation in HR processes (HR Brand, EVP, etc.)
