SEO Specialist (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Develop white hat link building campaigns for multiple websites to improve backlink profiles and organic rankings for target keywords by reclaiming broken backlinks, unlinked brand mentions, and earning new high-quality links from relevant sites
- Research and recommend websites to target for links based on relevancy and authority
- Perform competitive link gap analysis to identify opportunities to earn links
- Write personalized outreach emails and document link acquisitions to report on progress
- Research field influencers for further outreach, plus perform ad-hoc research (guest post, and other link-building opportunities)
- Conduct keyword research to create technical tasks for copywriters
- Collect data and report on different SEO aspects
- Collaborate with our SEO Specialist & Marketing Manager to complete tasks effectively, professionally, and within budget
- Identify opportunities to increase website traffic and leads generation

Requirements:
- 6 months of working experience in an IT company
- Strong understanding of the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) process
- Demonstrable knowledge of link-building strategies.
- Knowledge of ranking factors, and search engine algorithms
- Up-to-date with the latest industry trends, tools and algorithms, SEO best practices, and competitor news through audience insights and digital analytics
- Good written communication skills
- Intermediate English strong
- SEO reporting and organizational abilities
- Analytical mindset and flexibility

As a plus:
- Experience with Start-up product promotion on European and USA markets.
- Experience with B2B product promotion.
