Operations Manager (offline)

We expect you to:
-Manage Marketing goals/tasks planning and completion.
-Set up and optimize processes using KPIs and ROI analytics.
-Maintain payroll calculations
-Build dashboards and reporting processes to ensure a clear understanding of performance
-Manage team workloads to meet goals and deadlines
-Manage infrastructure and tools, accesses for team members


You will be a great fit if:
-You are familiar with C2C/B2C/B2B online product marketing (PPC, SMM, ORM, SEO, etc.) and website/software development
-You have strong communication & organizational skills
-You are able to explain the reason/goal for the task or work that must be done
-You have strong data organization and analytical skills
-You know how to delegate tasks
-You are able to give an honest feedback
-Your English level is B1 or higher
