YOU ARE 
A skilled BI/DWH Engineer who is ready to switch your career direction to Big Data stack and pass an intensive 2-months practical retraining at SoftServe. During the whole retraining program, you will have a mentor and learn through a combination of theoretical and practical assignments. After the program you will know Big Data concepts, have hands-on experience with one of the cloud providers (Azure/AWS/GCP) and Python (PySpark, Apache Beam, Apache Airflow), and be ready to work on real projects.

An expert with 
-Analytical skills, experience extracting actionable insights from data
-Experience in implementing data-driven decision-support solutions
- Experience in at least one of the RDBMS or NoSQL/Hadoop technologies, e.g. Redshift, Snowflake, BigQuery, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Cassandra, HBase, Elasticsearch, Impala, Kudu, etc. 
- Experience implementing Analytical workloads, self-service analytics scenarios , and designing Data Lakes, Data Warehouses 
- Proficiency in Data Visualization, SQL, Data Modelling and ETL 
- Cloud experience is a big plus: AWS, GCP , or Azure 
- Self-motivated, Goal-oriented, well-organized, detail-oriented, and a strong team player
