Now we are looking for a professional B2B Marketing Manager with content creation skills who will take care of our company marketing and generate a sufficient number of our SQLs by the creation of full-funnel B2B marketing.

We have ambitious goals and would like you to join us in order to manage our marketing on the strategic level: from content creation to presenting us at world conferences and exhibitions.

That’s why you are our ideal candidate if you:
- Successfully generated a target number of SQLs that led to achievement revenue goals;
- Have strong management, planning, organizational and analytical skills;
- Have experience producing content at all stages for a fast-growing technology company. From ideation and research to writing, editing, and publishing.
- Understand how to produce content for multiple audiences and how to make a piece of content more engaging.
- Have experience distributing content to the relevant channels, participate in the conversation with the potential leads, monitor industry conversations and join in where relevant.
- Can conduct interviews with customers and turn them into various forms of content.
- Embrace an analytical approach to marketing: be able to look at metrics and conversations and figure out what’s working and what opportunities may exist regarding trends, specific keywords, or content gaps.
- Clear communicator and excellent command of the English language including grammar and story structure; know how to follow and implement a style guide.
- Strong team player but also a self-starter who is results-oriented, metrics-driven, and capable of working in a fast-paced and changing environment
- Have a growth mindset, a willingness to own problems, comfort with ambiguity, and a healthy balance of humility and confidence;
- Have ideas and can implement them for our common growth.

It definitely would be a plus if you:
- Have past experience working as Product Manager or Digital Marketing Manager in B2B startup;
- Have past experience working as a Brand Manager or Sales/Business Development Manager;
- Have worked with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Demand Generation approaches.

Challenges for the next 3-6 months:
- Fully created and implemented content marketing strategy and achieved the target goal for a certain period;
- Implementation of the revenue generation plan;
- Setup the metrics dashboard and implementation of target metrics;
generate and distribute the content for the relevant ICPs;
audit the current client’s portfolio and generate the relevant ICPs with buyer personas.
