Technical Integration Manager (offline)

The following skills are important to us:
β€” Understanding of client-server systems;
β€” Experience with technical documentation;
β€” Knowledge of English at the Upper-intermediate level;
β€” Ability to use developer tools (chrome dev tool, etc.);
β€” Multitasking;
β€” Analytical mindset.

Your future responsibilities:
Integration and support:
β€” Conducting integration with new providers and operators;
β€” Software Configuration;
β€” Diagnostics of problems received from the partners;
β€” Testing of integrations;
β€” Providing partners with access to internal services;
β€” Processing all incoming requests from partners (messengers, mail, support portal);
β€” Tracking and responding to monitoring triggers;
β€” Notifying partners of problems and assisting in resolving issues that arise.
Accounting:
β€” Preparing games for release (full cycle);
β€” Creating and supporting operator and provider maps;
β€” Notifying operators about new features/games and other updates;
β€” Support of the company's website (adding news and content);
β€” Collection of materials from providers.
Miscellaneous:
β€” Setting and controlling tasks for development of new features;
β€” Setting and controlling tasks to fix bugs;
β€” Writing documentation.
