Senior Front-End (ReactJS/Redux) Engineer (offline)

We are looking for a strong Frontend Engineer to join our partner's development team to be a front-runner for our core products, evolve the industry pilots and support other teammates inside the remote team.

Responsibilities

- Work on identity solutions for Industry 4.0 projects, e.g. ehealth, pharma, circular economy and human identity;
- Be responsible for all phases of our user interface development, from requirements gathering through prototyping and final implementation;
- Work with customers and backend developers to formulate solutions and deliver new applications;
- Have an eye for design, being able to communicate well cross functional, and playing an active role in developing our application roadmap;
- Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use;
- Translate designs and wireframes into high quality code;
- Optimize components for maximum performance across a vast array of web-capable devices and browsers;
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle;
- Write well-designed, efficient, and testable code.

Required Qualifications

Important Tech Skills:

- 4+ years of frontend experience;
- Proficiency at design and implementation of frontend applications using e.g. ReactJS/NodeJS stack (ReactJS/Redux-Saga);
- Experience with authentication systems (e.g. KeyCloak);
- Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g. Redis);
- Experience with test automation frameworks for frontend testing (e.g. Jest, Mocha);
- Experience with GitLab CI/CD or other similar CI/CD tools.

Soft Skills:

- Open-minded in working with different cultures and in an agile and remote team environment;
- Fluent in written and spoken English with an ability to analyse and interpret information from both on-site and remote teams;
- Ability to keep up in a fast-paced environment by maintaining good structure in daily work;
- Goal-oriented and dedicated approach to work;
- Positive attitude towards knowledge sharing within the team;
- Enjoy interacting with people and customers and soliciting feedback;
- Curiosity and constant willingness to develop new ideas and ways of doing things;
- Enjoy to engage in complex and emerging technology.
