Senior Marketing Specialist for Learning and Development programs (offline)

This position is responsible for development of GlobalLogic Education brand as part of GlobalLogic’s employer brand and provides full-range of marketing support for Learning and Development activities for pre-hire programs. Desired candidate is expected to cover all aspects of the marketing process from a strategic planning to actual implementation and reporting of both brand awareness and lead-generating campaigns and coordinate activities between GlobalLogic Marketing and Learning-and-Development teams. This position will closely operate in such fields as strategic planning, project management, communication and coordination between teams, running marketing campaigns and partnership programs, doing event management, advertisement, digital marketing, analytics, PR and many others.

Requirements:
- Enterprising, open, ambitious, proactive, positive thinker, fast learner, willing to go beyond standard duties and grow professionally;
- 3-5 years of communications or related experience in a technical or business environment;
- Experience in communications or joint projects with educational institutions (governmental and non-governmental) would be a plus
- Fluent in English and Ukrainian (both oral and written);
- Experience in brand building activities, Employer Branding and HR Marketing will be plus;
- Good understanding of project management principles, data metrics familiarity and analytical skills;
- Skilled at managing multiple projects simultaneously;
- Strong interpersonal skills, an ability to work well with individuals at all professional levels;
- Highly collaborative team player, comfortable with change and evolving communications landscape;
- Skilled in Google Apps and general computer systems.
- Skilled in Google Analytics, Google Business Pages, Google AdWords, Facebook and Instagram ads.

Responsibilities:
- Take part in the development of the brand strategy of GlobalLogic Education (sub-brand of GlobalLogic). Define objectives, KPIs and roadmap of development of GlobalLogic Education sub-brand.
- Initiate and manage all kinds of activities between Marketing and Learning & Development teams on all common projects.
- Together with the Learning & Development team work on continuous improvement of user experience of GlobalLogic Education and specifically pre-hire programs.
- Initiate and handle all kinds of activities aimed to promote the GlobalLogic Education sub-brand and increase awareness about GlobalLogic pre-hire programs, including but not limited to brand awareness PR, content marketing, email and digital marketing, events (both online and offline), influence marketing and others.
- Initiate and handle all kinds of activities to increase lead-generation to all kinds of GlobalLogic pre-hire activities (GL BaseCamp, ProCamps, joint education programs/projects with partner universities etc.).
- Develop presence of GlobalLogic Education and pre-hire activities on GlobalLogic website, 3rd party platforms, social media, TV etc.
- Develop all kinds of creative content to promote GlobalLogic Education and pre-hire activities articles, including but not limited to videos, interviews, articles, online events and competitions, quizzes and challenges etc.
- Initiate, maintain and develop partnerships with specialized communities, organizations, media, influencers etc.
- Initiate, plan, create, conduct, provide reports and analytics on external communication campaigns.
