⦿ Screen CVs, conduct screening interviews, provide feedback to candidates, arrange next interviews
⦿ Develop candidates base
⦿ Create new ways to engage passive candidates through sourcing and social media

🔎 YOU ARE OUR TOP CANDIDATE IF YOU HAVE:

⦿ At least 0.5 years of experience as an IT full-cycle recruiter
⦿ Experience in candidate searching, headhunting, and interviewing
⦿ Good knowledge of general technology stack, platforms, etc.
⦿ Knowledge of sourcing techniques
⦿ Good communication and negotiation skills
⦿ Upper-Intermediate English
