Marketing Director (offline)

Responsibilities:
• Leading MaxBill brand and identity, maintaining consistency across all channels and merchandise;
• Define growth marketing strategy and prepare actionable plans to execute;
• Conduct market research to gather insights about customers and business partners requirements, buying habits and business trends;
• Develop and implement creative marketing campaigns;
• Coordinate outbound and inbound marketing activities by demonstrating MaxBill expertise in
various areas (content development and optimization, advertising, events planning, lead generation, etc.);
• Liaise with the sales team to execute promotional events and campaigns, to coordinate brand awareness and marketing efforts;
• Plan and execute initiatives to reach the target audience through appropriate channels (owned, earned, paid);
• Create and present marketing reports (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc.) on a regular basis for different teams within MaxBill;
• Assist HR team in building and refining MaxBill's employer brand;
• Develop members of the marketing team, helping them apply their talents in the best way.

Required skills:
• 3+ years of proven experience within marketing in a leadership role (Head of Marketing, Marketing Director, Marketing Lead, etc.) with direct reports at a product or high-tech company;
• Solid understanding and experience in establishing key marketing concepts, such as branding, customer journey, market segmentation, value proposition, differentiation, messaging, etc.
• Proven experience in digital marketing, content-driven lead generation, marketing analysis, go-to-market strategies, omni-channel campaigns, and ABM;
• Experience in using MarTech tools (CRM, social media management, analytics, marketing automation, customer intent, etc.)
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English;
• Comfortable with public speaking on videos and in-person;
• Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind;
• A degree in Marketing, Advertising or a related discipline will be a plus.
