Recruiter (XLNT) (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:
- experience in recruitment (at least 1 year);
- understanding of software development technologies and methodologies;
- excellent English (Upper-Intermediate+);
- great communication and analytical skills;
- high motivation level;
- desire to learn and work in the IT industry;

AS A PLUS:
- experience with Hurma or other ATS;
- experience with hiring developers of middle and senior levels

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Sourcing candidates according to our clients’ requirements;
- Communication with candidates, conducting HR-interviews;
- Vacancy posting (Djinni, Dou, Hurma; Recruiter chats, etc.)
- Organizing interviews;
- Market research and analysis
