IT Helpdesk (offline)

Requirements:
- Work experience 1-3 years
- Advanced knowledges of Windows and MacOS (Linux OS optional)
- Basic knowledge of networking
- Ability to keep an eye on modern solutions and can assist with implementation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Installation, upgrades, support, and troubleshooting of Windows and MacOS operation systems
- Responding promptly to service issues and requests
- Perform hardware and software installations
- Maintaining assets inventory
- Know and follow internal processes
- Perform user, hardware and software accounting
- Documentation creation and maintenance
