Finance/Accounting Manager (offline)

Requirements:
• BA/BS or MA/MS degree in economics, statistics, or another related field
• 4 years of relevant experience in finance and accounting FMCG / IB/ FinTech or other international companies is a must
• IFRS awareness is a plus
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel
• Advanced English level, German (at least intermediate level) will be a plus
• Familiarity with data query/data management tools (Access, Business Objects) and ERP systems is a plus
• Analytical mind
• Desire and ability to work with numbers
• Structured thinking and ability to make data-driven business conclusions

Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of statutory books
a. Bookkeeping and transactional data entry
b. Billing & revenue function
c. Reconciliation on specific vendors / customers balances
d. Year-end financial statements, including audit support
• Treasury
e. Bank payments and reconciliations
f. Communication with banks and KYC compliance
• Documentation management
• Maintenance of management accounts / ad-hoc reporting (if required)
• Liaising with banks, external suppliers, corporate secretaries
