HR Manager (Generalist) (offline)

Requirements:
— 1+ years of experience in HR/Recruitment/Office Management/Marketing
— Great communication skills and approaches for different people;
— Experience in effectively supporting the HR processes (onboarding, performance review, 1:1 meetings);
— Understanding of HR processes and the ability to understand business issues and strategies;
— Excellent organizational skills, ability and willingness to take the initiative and accept accountability

Would be a plus:
— Experience in HR branding;
— Experience in Recruitment;
— excellent English ;
— Background in psychology or related


Responsibilities:
— Performing HR functions of varying complexity;
— Working on building the Employer Brand;
— Organizing company events and celebrations;
— Running 1:1 meetings, exit interviews, and feedback sessions;
— Running Newcomer’s onboarding (including Welcome meetings) and adaptation;
— Facilitate performance review meetings and personal development plans;
— Full-cycle recruitment activities
