Site Reliability Engineer (offline)

Responsibilities

● Monitor existing Production environments for issues
● Work alongside the R&D team to create new alerts
● Fully integrate all of our monitoring solutions into a centralized platform such as
PagerDuty or OpsGenie
● Create playbooks that can help automate fixes to known issues
● Enable the R&D team to enhance their efficiency

Requirements

● 2-3 years of working in a Production AWS environment
● Experience in troubleshooting issues in Linux operating systems
● Experience in working with Git/Jenkins pipelines
● Experience in working with Docker & Helm charts—Experience with ArgoCD —an
advantage
● Experience in working with Ansible & Tower/AWX
● Experience in working with Terraform in production—a major advantage
● Experience in working with Kubernetes in production—a major advantage
● Experience in working with MySQL & EL
● Experience of writing scripts in Bash & PowerShell.
● Knowledge of Python—a major advantage
● Experience with Prometheus/Grafana as a monitoring stack
