Recruitment Team Lead (offline)

As a Recruitment Lead you will:
— Hands-on recruiting and handling the process from the candidates sourcing to the offer stage
— Be in charge of branch business performance, executing a business plan, delivery, KPIs, and goals
— Setting up, hiring, and managing a team of recruiters and sourcing experts
— Deployment of innovative automation and work productivity tools to improve team performance

You are:
— 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment;
— A proven record in hands-on technical recruitment and clients management
— Deep understanding of IT Ukrainian ( CIS region as a plus) market and trends;
— Knowledge of the best recruitment practices, tools, and techniques
— Business and service-oriented person
— Can-do attitude, inspiring approach, and out-of-the-box thinking
— Strong networking and communication skills
— Ability to build and lead full cycle recruitment process;
— Excellent and proven organizational and project management skills;
— Ability to operate independently and drive issues towards completion;
— Proven leadership and mentoring skills.
— Good English level
