Talent sourcer (offline) $400-1000

RESPONSIBILITIES

Search for a wide range of IT professionals (engineers, PM etc);
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search);
Interact with potential candidates on social media and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Github, etc);
Pre Screening candidates;
Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates;
Work closely together with other members of the recruitment team;
Maintain job advertisements (LinkedIn, job boards).
Maintain candidate databases;
Crafting and sending recruiting emails;

REQUIREMENTS

Proven work experience as a Talent Sourcer or Recruiter (commercial experience);
At list Intermediate level of English (written and spoken)
Knowledge of direct sourcing and networking of IT candidates
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques ( recruiting on social platforms, crafting Boolean search strings)
Experienced user of one of Recruitment CRM systems;
Enthusiastic with a sense of humor;
Ability to work independently
