IT HR Manager/HR Generalist (offline)

StartupCraft is looking for a result-oriented, mature and positive HR Generalist/Manager to join the company on its growing stage. Working directly with the COO and CEO you’ll have to serve as a partner to the Senior Management and act in the best interest of business while keeping employees happy and loyal to the company. You will maintain control of employee-relations matters, organize HR-related processes and procedures, advise best practices in the industry/market, promote and develop the company's culture, and assist with hiring and retaining top talents.

Responsibilities:

- Develop, initiate and maintain programs related to employee development & retention
- Design, implement and effectively communicate efficient HR policies/processes that are compliant with StartupCraft vision and values
- Own employee performance reviews, one-on-ones, exit interviews, and working with Project Managers and Tech Leads in regards to onboarding and offboarding
- Handle employee files and records
- Act as a resource for all People related topics, including payroll, benefits, and tools.
-Support other HR-related processes
- Work closely with our Recruiter to:
Create an efficient, dynamic full-cycle recruiting process across all roles
Measure and report on key recruiting metrics
Openly communicate with key stakeholders on recruiting strengths and opportunities, striving to identify and remove roadblocks preemptively
Assist with recruiting of technical positions (doing the first round of interviews)

Responsibilities distribution: 70% HR and 30% Recruiting.

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience as HR Manager/HR Generalist role, at least 1 year in the IT industry
- 1+ years of recruiting experience
- English - Upper-Intermediate and above
- Analytical and interpersonal skills
- The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization
- Confident, proactive, and positive approach with a highly developed sense of ownership
- Experience in creative writing (e.g. job descriptions, emails, outreach messages, promo posts to promote company’s vacancies)
- Strong skills in profiles evaluation (based on CVs, interviews, and other research results)
- Basic understanding of technologies (languages, frameworks, databases, etc.)
- Experience with developers hiring
- Experience with working with fully remote and multicultural teams would be a plus
