Requirements:
- 4 years of proven work experience in SMM – ideally in the Tech field
- Personality: positive team player, reliable with high attention to detail
- Digitally savvy and up-to-date on all the latest and greatest social media tools and tactics
- Experienced in Social Media scheduling, reporting and listening tools
- Pro in development and implementation of SMM strategy
- English – Upper-intermediate or higher

Nice to have:
- German language would be a competitive advantage, but not necessary
- Work experience with IT companies: Product/Outsource
- Hans-on experience with B2B communications
- Specialized knowledge in B2B marketing

Responsibilities:
- Plan, develop and implement SMM strategies for Business and Personal Branding
- Lead corporate social networks: Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xing, YouTube
- Contribute to launching advertising campaigns on FB, IG, LI, Xing, YouTube
- Work with private/personal-branding media: FB, IG, LI, Xing, YouTube
- Cooperate with design and marketing team
- FYI, we have an amazing native German content creator
- Analyze the efficiency of all SMM activities
- Creating of the SM content calendar
