Requirements:
- 0,5 years of experience in similar roles;
- You use variety of sourcing techniques;
- You know how to write outstanding pitches and attract candidates (both active, passive);
- Experience working with ATS;
- Intermediate level of English (writing/speaking);
- Great communication skills;
- Effective time-management abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Active search of the candidates and preparation of the pools of potential candidates;
- Candidate pre-screening and interviews coordination;
- Constant work with ATS;
- IT market data collection and analysis;
- Management of job posting process;
- Preparing reporting.
