- Comfortable with Business Processes analysis, modeling, and notation

- Showing good knowledge of software development specifics and methodologies (e. g. Waterfall, Agile)
- Possessing excellent knowledge of key business analysis tasks, elements, and techniques (Babok)
- Understanding management principles and project management specifics
- A holder of excellent knowledge of business process modeling
- Demonstrating at least Upper-Intermediate English level

YOU WANT TO WORK WITH
- The stakeholders from Client-side to develop stories for the project
- Prioritizing requirements and defining scope to meet client needs in a timely manner given available resources
- Defining ’as-is’ state for the enterprise business solution, modeling ’to be’ state, identifying and assessing gaps, proposing improvements
- Establishing the change management process where applicable
- Program/Project Managers to confirm alignment of the requirements’ management plan, with the overall project management plan for each initiative, contribute to risk management, facilitate discussions
- Creating workflows for main business processes, analyzing documentation, creating user stories, providing gap analysis, root cause analysis, impact analysis
- The stakeholders who will help to break down features into small stories and develop both acceptance and testing criteria for those stories
- Active communication with a great team and our client
- Interesting technologies and solutions
