Webmaster/ eCommerce Merchandiser (offline)

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2-3 years of experience with SalesForce Commerce Cloud
• Good understanding of UX/ UI principles
• Good experience with Office (Excel and Word)
• Basic HTML Knowledge
• Good English and communication skills
• Using a ticketing tool like Jira (nice to have)
• Results driven and motivated individual who takes initiative, with strong analytical skills

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Understanding of e-commerce KPI's and ability to garner insights from performance and respond accordingly to Site Merchandising topics.
• Optimize commercial focus on landing pages to fulfill actual users’ demand by defining specific ranking and filtering strategies in relation to traffic channels.
• Ensure that the catalog of online products is up-to-date and that the product mix is appropriate for promotions, campaigns, and marketing offensives.
• Establish a product categorization plan and create cross-selling or complementary sales opportunities.
• Use analytics to assess the performance and identify opportunities for improvement in merchandising efficiency.
• Upload new content (images, videos, creative) and customize Images and Content to make them fit-for-use for customer needs
• Keep in constant contact with the customer to execute recommendations for improving fundamentals of the perfect store execution and customer experience
