What would I do at iTrust?

We are looking for an ambitious, results-driven professional to join our development team. In this role, you will collaborate with teammates in product management, quality assurance/testing, marketing, and sales to develop and execute development strategies for our SaaS solution.
•Design and develop clean, maintainable, scalable, and well-tested code;
•Develop your knowledge of data structures and software architecture
•Use your prior experience to work within a tightly integrated team to bring stories to life
•Collaborate with product management to improve the product roadmap
•Manage the development feedback loop with QA, Product Teams, Sales, and Customer Success.


What is iTrust looking for in a candidate?

We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration and a fast-paced, high-growth work environment. You have an inherent curiosity about development, problem-solving, and a passion for bringing ideas and new products to market.

You have strong technical skills in:
• React, Redux, Material-UI

Would be a plus:
• Sidekiq, Redis, Rspec, Docker, Nginx, LimeSurvey
• AWS: EC2, RDS, S3, ElastiCache

•Intermediate to Advanced working proficiency in English, both written and verbal is required. All day-to-day communication is in English
•You have enthusiasm to work remote with an international startup team; HQ in the US and team members in Europe
•You have experience and passion for solving technical problems
•You have experience optimizing for short-term execution while planning for long-term maintenance.
•You have strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
•Attention to detail. No small detail gets past you.
•Working hours: This is a full-time role +40 hours a week. You should structure your workday so you can collaborate with team members in the USA. Core team hours between 8:30 AM ET to 2:00 PM ET Monday through Friday.
