Project coordinator/Project manager (REMIT) (offline)

Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Project Coordinator/Project manager
- Understand organizational and departments needs
- Understanding organizational changes and be a change champion
Business acumen
- The ability to communicate effectively to all stakeholders and to build relationships at all levels of the organization (consulting, analysis, project management, presentation, negotiation, conflict management, and problem-solving skills)
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-changing environment
Confident, proactive, and positive approach with a highly developed sense of ownership
- Ability to influence across all levels and to build rapport quickly
- Upper-Intermediate English (speaking and writing)

Will be a plus:
Experience in Hr, resource management

Responsibilities:
- To be responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business unit
- Be a trusted business partner to coach and develop engineers on people practices that will create a highly engaged culture of high performance
- Help with creating and driving processes, policies, and workflows that are compliant, efficient, scalable, and reflect values
- Plan and manage internal and external project communications
Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks
Identify project resources necessary, build and nurture an effective and collaborative project team.

- Work collaboratively with the internal team to refine processes, policies, and programs to support the meet the needs (execution of Personal Development plans, Salary reviews, etc.
