Business Analyst (offline)

Responsibilities:
Discover and learn the platform capabilities and features to ensure efficient knowledge transfer between DES engineering team and roll-out team;
Support and coordinate platform components integration and rollout;
Serve as the main point of contact between various stakeholders and the DES engineering team;
Provide ongoing support for the markets in their preparation to roll-out and post-rollout phase;
Report roll-out status on a weekly basis – perform virtual calls;
Communicate release-related needs to Development and QA teams;
Manage all activities related to delivering to the Customer.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in equivalent positions for internet-based applications integrated with multiple components, preferably multi-tenant architecture-based;
3+ years of experience in BA/PO roles within an agile software development environment;
Experience in requirements collection, prioritization, and implementation tracking. (BA or PO experience in the past);
Good relationship management;
A proactive approach for identification and elicitation of dependencies and risks;
Very proficient in English.
