Spanish Customer Support Representative (offline)

We are growing and have an open position as a Customer Support Representative

Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent written skills in Spanish and English (Spanish - Advanced/ Upper-Intermediate, English -Upper-Intermediate)
Experience in the Client support area
Basic technical background (strong experience in using apps)
Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Providing Customer Support for the website users
Handle support inquiries via email/chat
Work with information concerning inquiries, confirmations, and complaints;

We offer:

Downtown Kyiv location in a modern office (10-minute walk from Kontraktova);
Competitive compensation linked to UAH/USD rate;
Medical and Life insurance after the trial period;
English classes with a native speaker;
Schedule: 8 AM - 2 AM (the shift - 8 working hours + 1 hour of a break during this period of time)
Corporate training and parties.
