CRM Developer (offline)

We are looking for an experienced CRM Developer to work in our Kyiv office.

Since moving to the cloud a few years ago we are now ramping up on the use of more extended functionalities. We released Dynamics Portal recently and will be looking into applications, such as Omnichannel Customer Service and Sales Insights within the foreseeable future.

Your key responsibilities will be:
• Customize the CRM system based on technical specifications
• Stay updated on the most recent Dynamics CRM offerings to ensure 3Shape is on the frontier of the CRM possibilities, which is offered in Dynamics
• Collaborate with CRM Functional Consultant to work on objectives and priorities relevant to the CRM solution and present best practice suggestions for resolution

To succeed in this position, you will need:
• Intermediate to advanced developer experience with Dynamics CRM
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills • Strong time management and organizational skills
• Experience in creating CWA and Plugins • Experience in creating client side customizations (JavaScript, business rules)
• Experience with Flows, PowerApps, CDS
