Marketing Designer (offline)

Requirements:
- Strong online portfolio;
- 1+ years of working experience in digital marketing within a B2C company or product;
- Experience in designing posts for SMM;
- Experience in creating various types of marketing materials in different styles for different brands;
- Understanding of the principles of Human-centered design;
- Diverse experience with Figma, After Effects, or any other tool for animation, site builders for creating landing pages, any tool of choice for illustrations;
- Ability to create designs in various styles (flat, skeuomorphism, even brutalism if needed);
- Basic understanding of marketing analytics;
- Business-driven attitude to design.

As a Plus:
- Experience in motion design;
- Work experience with Tilda, WebFlow or ReadyMag;
- Experience in shooting and editing videos, both for commercial and personal projects.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and design of marketing materials (static and animated posts, illustrations and infographics) according to the marketing content calendar;
- Develop templates of posts and create a style guide for all media materials by different products;
- Develop and design product presentations & templates;
- Design interactive web pages in site builders;
- Cooperate with marketers, copywriters, and other designers to achieve new goals;
- Look for ways to improve the user experience continually.
