Senior/Lead .NET Developer (offline)

CarFluent is an exciting tech startup disrupting the automotive industry in the United States. We bring the car buying process online and make topics like car insurance fun for the consumer.

YOU HAVE:

- Development experience of high-scalable, durable, and resilient solutions;
- Professional experience with C# and .NET Core;
- Experience with microservice architecture, containers, Docker;
- Experience with SQL, EF Core;
- Experience with modern web APIs design and protocols;
- Excellent knowledge and practical experience with message brokers;
- Excellent knowledge of SDLC and Scrum.

YOU WILL:

- Develop, maintain, and communicate high-level design plan for the overall logical and technical IT architecture;
- Refactor, overhaul and make fixes to the existing product;
- Collaborate closely with other development teams and technical leads;
- Mentor and coach your teammates;
- Manage a cross-functional team of 4-5 people with a ratio of 40% management/60% development.

IS A PLUS:

- Experience with high-load system development;
- Previous experience with team management;
- Knowledge of Service Bus;
- Knowledge of ELK, Prometheus, Jaeger, Kibana, Grafana;
- Experience with cloud-based technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP), PaaS, SaaS;
- Knowledge of mainstream web protocols (HTTP, DNS, REST, gRPC, GraphQL);
- Good understanding of SPA frontend development, React.
