Systems Analyst/Technical lead (offline)

Requirements:

As a Systems Analyst, you enjoy understanding how systems work, thinking critically, problem solving, and are a great verbal and written communicator. You take pride in the quality of your work and are eager to continuously improve yourself and those around you. You enjoy dissecting large problems and working with a team to build solutions for the real world.

- BS degree in Management Information Systems or related field of study
- Experience in an Agile environment (Scrum, Kanban, Lean/XP)
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- 5+ years’ experience writing requirements and/or system or integration flows
- 5+ years’ experience working within a product development organization

Responsibilities:

- Define system level current state and future state process flows, activity diagrams, and system integration diagrams for product features
- Create field-level data mappings for system integrations
- Form alignment across internal and external stakeholders around solutions
- Define unambiguous and testable acceptance criteria for future state solutions
- Support the engineering team’s system questions during sprints
- Perform acceptance testing to ensure delivered features meet expectations
- Provide demonstrations to internal stakeholders of completed features
- Write system documentation for internal users explaining new product functionality
