Payroll Specialist (offline)

Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in accounting/payroll
- Advanced user of Excel (Google Sheets is a plus)
- English: intermediate (written English)
- Experience in the IT companies is a plus
- Experience with Oracle is a plus

Responsibilities:
- Coordination of all payroll-related processes on the country level
- Calculation and processing of all compensation elements to the consultants in the ERP system
- Daily support and people advisory on compensation issues
- Close cooperation with the Finance team
- Preparation of the reports by request
- Continuous improvement of payroll processes
